Uke Man as Movie "Star"
Hey Folks -
The Uke Man is off today to Athens, Ohio to meet up with Brian Zahm (A.K.A. Alien Stevens), cinematographer extraordinaire; to do a two minute, black-and-white extravaganza: "Sittin' & Spittin.' "
The script is just as zany as was Auraprint, the first Alien Stevens production in which I played a part (along with my 1984 Eldorado).
I'm sure that "Sittin' & Spittin' " will end up here eventually, but in the meantime check out Auraprint. An earlier posting explains, below.

Uke Man as Movie "Star"
Hey Folks,
It may have escaped your attention, but the Uke Man is a Movie "Star" !!Yessireebob!!!! Thanks to my good friend Alien Stevens ( www.alienstevens.com ).
Yep! In my first major roll I appeared in Auraprint, the saga of a lonely night-shift crew at the Sunnyside Suites Motel.
Mr Steven's script, echoing Shakespear, incorporates a movie within a movie; and I play the producer of that movie - Richard's Gear - Warhol eat your heart out.
The film, which debuted at the Wexner Center Film Festival, is seventeen minutes long and takes only a few minutes to download (on broadband - a good bit longer on dial-up), but is worth the trouble (if you ask me).In any case, take a shot at it (no pun intended).
