A great time at Larry's as always!!
Parker Paul broke me up. So creative. My head was spinning trying to mentally grasp the complex simplicity of the act. Keyboard Dali playing Las Vegas Lounges? The Handsome Family on Prozac? Wonderful!!!
Then the band and I did a GREAT set!!! (including the numbers we'll do in NYC & Boston come September). What a WONDERFUL BAND!!!
Then the old one did some solo stuff until closing time.
Fun! Fun! Fun!
We'll do it again Saturday, Sept. 3 at the Stagecoach BBQ & Blues in S. Bloomfield (good food at good prices and GREAT beer) - check the website: http://www.stagecoachbbq.com/ (and hear the jingle we wrote and recorded for them).
AND Mr. Bob Sauls (who is allowed to call me "You Crazy Nut!!") will open with his slide guitar and original songs. See you there.
