Women in Black (WIB) and the Progressive Peace Coalition are calling for a solidarity rally in support of Cindy Sheehan and the solidarity rally in New York City on Monday, August 15th (tomorrow!) at the corner of Broad and High St. from 5:00 to 6:00 PM. Please bring signs in support of Cindy and her cause which is to end the war and bring the troops home. We are urging everyone (men and women) to join us in supporting this heroic woman. Please be there as close to 5:00 PM as possible so we can get the homeward bound traffic.

Interesting - I just wrote to the whitehouse - which used to be president@whitehouse.gov - I guess in an attempt to distance himself from the troubles he's created, GW how gets his mail to commenets@whitehouse.gove.
I mentioned, by the way, Cindy Sheehan in my note to him. Guess I'll be on yet ANOTHER list in DC - but that's OK - I keep it pretty straight and narrow - 'cause as Dylan said "to live outside the law you must be honest" -

Sad to say, I heard a PA mother on NPR this morning saying that Cindy Sheehan wasn't speaking for all the mothers who had lost children (due to George's Little Game Of Playing Soldiers).
THEY still have too many brainwashed into 'thinking' this whole dog and pony show makes sense and has a REAL purpose.
